A review of common measurement errors while debugging nowadays high efficiency DC/DC and AC/DC converters
Many parameters contribute to the overall accuracy of your measurements: DC accuracy, poor Common Mode rejection, Voltage-Current time delay, vertical AC accuracy. The errors introduced will be reviewed, as well as their impact on the final results using statistical analysis. An overview will be given of the influence of some typical oscilloscope settings, such as digital sampling rate, measurement BW and vertical A/D resolution.
